RV SITES

We have six RV spots with full hookups: electric (30 amp max), water and septic. Continue with booking to select the right spot for your rig. *Please note that the maximum sized RV our sites can accommodate is 34ft.

LODGING

There are two lodgings on property available to book. Huck Finn and Buddha’s Bunk House. Continue to booking for photos and to see which lodging will best accommodate you and your friends and loved ones.

AMENITIES & PARK RULES

In order to ensure a pleasant experience for all our visitors, we ask that you follow the rules outlined below. Failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion from the park.

RULES

  • All space rent is payable in advance online through our website. Wild Oaks RV Park is a vacation park and not a residential park. Maximum continuous stay is 14 days.

  • Check-out time is 12 noon. Guests who remain past 12 noon will be charged an additional day’s rent.

  • All pets may not, at any time, be left unattended on property and must be kept quiet when inside lodgings, a vehicle or RV. Dogs must be kept on a leash and accompanied by their owner when outside the RV or lodgings. Owners must clean up after their dogs.

  • Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

  • Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold landlord harmless from and indemnify landlord against the same.

  • The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

  • Wild Oaks RV Park does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests. guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.

  • All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

  • Maximum of 8 people total at a site at any given time.

  • Vehicles are limited to one towing vehicle and one towed vehicle per space. Parking for lodging guests is located in front of each accommodation. Additional parking is located in front of the gates along the road entering the RV sites.

  • Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 8 am & 10 pm

  • Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM.

  • Overnight parking of boats, jet skis is allowed on our private docks for guests depending on space available. NOT responsible for theft or damages when docking to our private docks. 

  • Charcoal grills, wood fire pits, deep fryers and tiki torches are PROHIBITED.

  • Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.

  • Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.

  • No outside or under-vehicle storage is allowed. Exceptions are portable gas BBQs, lawn chairs, and canopies.

  • Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.

  • Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.

  • Quite hours are between 10pm and 8am

  • All garbage and recycling must be bagged and deposited in appropriate bins. Please help us to recycle by sorting your garbage and recycling properly. 

  • We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with these rules and policies.
